At Ark Storage, we aim to deliver your orders efficiently and reliably, whether you’re shopping from Singapore or abroad.
Singapore Orders
Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days from the date of purchase.
Delivery fees: Delivery is free on weekdays for purchase above $800. We charge $80 on weekdays for value below $800. No Delivery on weekends.
Installation fees: Installation fees are free of charge for local purchase.
Carry up service is required for any location above the ground level (1st floor). This includes carrying furniture up any flight of stairs within an apartment, landed property and walk-up apartments with no direct lift access. This is applicable to dining set, sofas, beds, mattresses, side boards and display cabinets
Cost: from $50 per floor
Delayed Delivery due to Unforeseen Situations
a) In the event of delay in shipment due to unforeseen situations, Ark Storage Solutions reserves the right to reschedule the delivery, subjected to availability of next delivery slot.
b) No specific time of delivery can be provided. A time frame will be advised but cannot be guaranteed.
c) Ark Storage Solutions shall not be liable for any consequences or any loss suffered or expenses incurred (whether direct or indirect) due to the delay in the shipment / delivery of the goods and no such delay shall entitle the customer to treat this agreement as being repudiated by Cellini or to any comparison.
Disposal of Unwanted Furniture
Ark Storage Solutions shall not be responsible for the clearing of any unwanted furniture from customers. The cost incurred by Ark Storage Solutions in clearing such unwanted furniture, especially those that obstruct the moving in of the Goods into the customer's premises shall be borne by the customer.
In-Store Pickup (Selected Products Only):
If you prefer to self-collect and self-assemble your furniture, you are welcome to pick up your order directly from our warehouse.

International Orders
Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to selected countries worldwide. Please check the shipping options with us to confirm availability in your country.
Shipping Fees: Calculated automatically at checkout and vary based on destination, weight, and delivery method.
Processing Time: All international orders are processed within 3 business days.
Estimated Delivery Time: 8-10 business days depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures.
Customs & Duties: Depending on your location, customs or import duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your parcel’s journey.
